Congratulations to Rodney Petron, our February Employee of the Month, who works as the lead day custodian at Fridley Community Center.

“Rodney has been an outstanding addition to the Fridley Community Center,” said Stephen Keeler, Community Education director. “He works tirelessly to make sure that the FCC is always ready to serve anyone who walks through the doors.”

Keeler noted that Rodney is adept at shifting focus to the needs in front of him, whether they be from infants and their families, all the way up to the seniors. His ability to juggle multiple events and room set-ups is inspiring and timely. 

“Rodney takes on any task with a willing attitude and he continually communicates about needs for all of the programs he works with,” said Keeler. “Rodney models a care for the space and ingenuity in solving tough issues. We are so blessed to have Rodney as part of our FCC community!”
