Fridley Public Schools

We are proud to share that the Fridley Education Association (FEA) Teacher’s Master Agreement has been officially approved and ratified with 100% support from voting members. The Fridley Public Schools Board of Education approved the 2025–27 contract at its June 17, 2025 meeting. This unanimous ratification reflects the collaborative spirit and shared commitment to student success and educator support across our district.

“Countless hours went into the research, writing, rewriting, and red lining of this document,” said FEA Vice President and Lead Negotiator, Aaron Cuthbert. “It truly represents the path that our district administration, school board, community, and FEA have chosen to walk down together – one of mutual trust, respect, creative thinking, and collaboration to make this the best district in the metro.”

In addition, we are pleased to announce that the Fridley Association of School Principals Master Agreement has also been approved. These agreements represent the strong partnerships we continue to build across all levels of our educational community.

Thank you to all who were involved in the negotiation process. Your dedication helps ensure that Fridley Public Schools remains a place where staff are supported and students can thrive.

“I believe in the deepest part of me that we must never stop showing our teachers how much they are valued,” said Superintendent Brenda Lewis, Ph.D. “We show that through fair contracts, yes – but also through our daily actions, our leadership decisions, and our commitment to building a district that honors your expertise and lifts your voice.”
