Fridley Public Schools

The Fridley High School Class of 2022 commencement ceremony will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 2 at Bob O'Neill Stadium at Fridley High School, 6000 West Moore Lake Drive, Fridley, MN, 55432.
 



Graduation Timeline and Details:

May 12, during Advisory: Required Senior Class Meeting during Advisory from 8:57 a.m. - 9:27 a.m. A virtual link will be posted in the Class of 2022 Google Classroom, but PSEO and Fridley Online Academy students are encouraged to attend in-person.

May 26, 5 p.m. - Deadline for Credit Recovery. This is the final date to complete all credit recovery classes. Students must earn 27 credits to walk at the commencement ceremony and earn their high school diploma.
 



Chromebook and accessories return, graduation material pick up information:

Seniors are required to bring their Chromebook, charger, and case to the media center during one lunch on one of the following dates. Seniors will receive their graduation items (cap/gown/tassel) and commencement ceremony tickets after they return their technology devices and all fines/fees paid.

  • Thursday, May 26 - Media Center during one lunch (11:48 a.m. - 12:32 p.m.)
  • Friday, May 27 - Media Center during one lunch (11:37 a.m. - 12:26 p.m.)

Seniors in Fridley Online Academy:

Seniors who are enrolled in Fridley Online Academy can return their Chromebook and accessories on one of the following dates. They will receive their graduation items (cap/gown/tassel) and commencement ceremony tickets after they return their technology devices and all fines/fees paid.

  • Tuesday, May 31 - Media Center from 12:30 - 3 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 1 - Media Center from 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
     


Wednesday, June 1 - Last day of school for seniors, Commencement practice
Seniors will run through the commencement ceremony practice from 12:30 - 3 p.m.

Senior All-Night Party Information - The Class of 2022 Senior All-Night Party will be held after commencement on June 2 from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. at the Mermaid Event Center, 2200 Mounds View Blvd, Mounds View, MN 55112. Students will receive bus transportation to and from the high school, and there will be no early dismissal from the event. Click here for the Senior All-Night Party paper registration form OR complete the Senior All-Night Google form. Students can return the paper form to the high school main office with the fee. Students who complete the Google form are required to submit payment to the main office to complete registration.
