Congratulations to Tiffany Johnsrud, our June Employee of the Month, who is the Fridley High School cook manager.

“Tiffany Johnsrud has been the high school cook manager for the last two school years,” said Renee Arbogast, director of nutritional services for Fridley Public Schools. “Despite any staffing or food shortages, she has a smile on her face and a positive attitude.”

Arbogast noted that Johnsrud is always willing to pick up extra tasks when short-staffed to ensure that the team is supported and the students have the best possible meal. She often uses her creativity and previous experience to suggest new recipes for the Grab-and-Go Sandwich and Salads line too. 

“Tiffany faces all challenges head-on and communicates effectively with her team,” said Arbogast. “Tiffany's attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to our customers is part of the reason why the high school kitchen has been successful this year.”
