Congratulations to October Employee of the Month Rabit Rexhepi, who is a maintenance tech in Fridley Public Schools.

“This award is for your hard work, your great attitude, your attention to detail, and outstanding customer service,” said Brian Brown, director of buildings and grounds. “Your politeness and can-do attitude are reflected in the increased quality of interactions with staff and students.” 

Brown also noted that Rexhepi’s patience and helpfulness represents the core values of the Fridley School District.

“Rabit works at many of the buildings across the district. Whenever you see him, he always has a smile on his face, and a willing-to-help personality,” said Brown. “Thank you again for your skills, hard work and professionalism in serving the Fridley school community.”
