Fridley Public Schools will host its 2026 Back to School Resource Fair on Saturday, August 22, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Fridley High School parking lot. The event will provide enrolled district students with backpacks and connect families with community resources to help prepare for the upcoming school year.

Families are encouraged to complete the registration form in advance so the district can plan appropriately for attendance and backpack distribution. Registration serves as a ticket to enter the event; however, families must attend the resource fair in person to receive a backpack.

Only students enrolled in Fridley Public Schools are eligible to receive a backpack. Parents and guardians should register themselves and each Fridley student who will attend the event. 

Families may enter information for up to seven students, including each student's name, grade level for fall 2026, and the school they will attend. Any unused student fields may be left blank.

On the day of the event, families should park at Fridley Middle School and walk through the resource fair to collect backpacks and explore available resources and services.

Parents and guardians are also asked to provide an email address when completing the registration form so they can receive a copy of their responses. Families without an email address may use their oldest student's email address.
