complete transportation request forms for 2022-23 School Year 

To efficiently plan transportation routes and to secure an adequate number of bus drivers, Fridley Public Schools is requesting all families who will be using bus transportation next year to submit the Transportation Request form below. Deadline to submit the form is June 30, 2022.

Please note: Fridley Public Schools Transportation is for students who reside in the Fridley Public Schools District Boundaries OR students who are enrolled through NWSISD (Northwest Suburban Integration School District)

 


2022-23 activity bus requests

If your student is participating in activities or athletics and needs bus transportation, please click here to complete the 2022-23 Activity Bus Transportation Request Form. If you have questions, please contact Activities Assistant Sue Hanson at 763-502-5606.

 


Bus Stop Information

Parents are able to view bus route information on the Parent Portal. If you are experiencing any issues logging into the Parent Portal, please email 
Campus.Parenthelp@fridley.k12.mn.us.

If your family has moved and needs to make a bus stop change request, please contact the Fridley Public Schools Transportation Department.

Late Bus, Lost & Found
Occasionally buses run late in the morning due to the weather. If your student is waiting for the bus longer than 10 minutes, please have them go back inside and call the bus company. If your child has lost something on the bus, please contact the bus company.

Transportation Forms

2022-23 Transportation Requests

All families who need transportation for the 2022-23 school year are required to submit this form: Transportation Request Form. There is a section in the form that allows you to indicate if you need a stop from a daycare or alternate address (inside Fridley School District boundaries). If you have more than one child riding the bus, please include all siblings in the "Comments" section of the form.

Transportation Request for Non-Public Students

If your child is a Fridley School District resident student and you need to request transportation to a Fridley Non-Public School (Totino Grace High School, Woodcrest Baptist or Al Amal School), please fill out this form: Transportation Request for Non-Public Students.
