Students at Hayes and Stevenson Elementary Schools gazed at the sky in wide-eyed wonder – with the help of protective eyewear – to witness the solar eclipse on Monday, April 8. Both schools seized the chance to use the rare celestial event as a teaching lesson for their scholars.
