2025-26 CLASS OPTIONS:

Choose from two half-day options (four days per week) or the full-day option:

Sliding Fee Scale 3-Year-Old Pre-School (Half Day)

To register for 3-year-old preschool, you must submit an application:

• Online at: https://fridley.ce.eleyo.com 
• Visit the Enrollment Center, located in the Fridley Community Center, at 6085 Seventh Street NE, Fridley, 55432 - Door 5. Staff will assist you in registering and completing the online application.
• Call 763-502-5105 with questions.

You must submit all required documents listed below:

• Child’s birth certificate
• Up-to-date immunization records

2025-26 Preschool Registration begins in early January 2025. All families are welcome to apply. 
Priority will be given to those who apply by March 31, 2025.

Full-Day Option for 3-Year-Old Preschool
Are you looking for a full-day preschool option for your three-year-old child? Fridley Preschool offers a blended option with Tiger Club Childcare, the district's high-quality and educational childcare program.

Your child will receive an IB-licensed preschool experience with a full day of structured learning. This includes numerous fun-filled, educational activities with their classmates, such as indoor and outdoor play, circle time, and more!

• Available 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Schedule Your Child’s Early Childhood Screening

Minnesota law requires children to complete an early childhood screening before starting public school. These screenings are available year-round at Fridley Community Center (6085 7th Street NE, Door 5).

Cost
There is no cost to qualifying families. To qualify for FREE preschool, you must meet one of the following criteria below:

• Qualifies for free or reduced-priced meals
• Qualifies using state general financial eligibility requirements listed in MN State Statute 
• Is an English language learner
• Is an American Indian
• Has experienced homelessness in the last 24 months
• Is identified through health and developmental screening with a potential risk factor that may influence learning
• Is in foster care, kinship care, or is in need of child protection services
• Has a parent who is a migrant or seasonal agricultural laborer
• Has a parent who is incarcerated
• Have a current Individualized Education Plan (IEP), Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), or is in evaluation.
• A resident of the Fridley Public School District
• Family special and extenuating circumstances reviewed and determined by district leadership.

For families who do not qualify, a sliding fee scale is available.

4-YEAR-OLD PRESCHOOL registration

To register a 4-year-old in HALF DAY Preschool, you can:

Register Online: To register for 4-year-old preschool, visit fridleyschools.org/about-us/departments/enrollment. Full-day 4-year-old preschool requires registration through Eleyo. This is in addition to the already linked district enrollment page. Visit fridley.ce.eleyo.com and search “Fridley Preschool - Full Day.” Create an Eleyo account and click enroll now to complete your registration.

Visit the Enrollment Office: The Enrollment Office is at the Fridley Community Center, Door 5 (6085 7th Street NE, Fridley 55432). We will help you complete the online application.

Required Documents

The following documents are required to complete your child’s registration. Your child’s application is not complete without these documents.

• Proof of address: Driver’s license, utility bill, rental/purchase agreement OR open enrollment form if you live outside of the Fridley School District
• Child’s birth certificate
• Child’s up-to-date immunization records
• Early Childhood Screening documents if your child has been screened outside the Fridley School district. You can schedule a screening appointment if your child has not been screened. Additional information is provided below.
